Sean Kirwan is the CFO of The Swift Group where he oversee our finance, accounting, and contracts functions. As a member of the executive team, he plays a critical role in strategic planning and analysis, capital financing, compliance and mergers and acquisitions. Sean has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, and the integration of acquisitions for public and private equity backed companies. Most recently, Mr. Kirwan worked at Cision, where he served as the Vice President of Finance and was responsible for the global finance organization.
During his time at Cision, the company grew 270% through a series of acquisitions and organic growth. Sean played a key role in taking Cision public in 2017 and in selling the business in 2020 for $2.7B. Prior to Cision, Sean was the Vice President of Finance for Six3 Systems, which was acquired by CACI International.
