Holton Yost is Chief Executive Officer of The Swift Group. As CEO, Mr. Yost is responsible for overseeing all facets of the business and the overall performance of the company. Mr. Yost brings more than 20 years of experience in the Department of Defense and Intelligence community, serving both government and industry. He has demonstrated success in driving results through strategy alignment, capability differentiation as well as creating and executing growth strategies.
Prior to Swift, Mr. Yost was the Chief Operating Officer of SC3, a DC Capital Partners investment platform, where he oversaw and managed the operations of the company’s global intelligence and technology programs and was responsible for expanding the company’s long-term strategic business pipeline and growing the company to $280M in revenue and over 600 employees.
Mr. Yost also was a Senior Vice President for CACI International Inc., where he was responsible for revenues in excess of $150 million. He began his career as a Marine Corps Officer, where he served as an intelligence advisor in the Philippines to the U.S. Army Special Operation Forces and Armed Forces of the Philippines. He served two combat tours in Iraq as a Scout Sniper and Rifle Platoon Commander. His active duty career concluded at the Defense Intelligence Agency where he helped establish the Office for Forensic Intelligence and where he served as the principal advisor and subject matter expert on identity intelligence
