Contract Vehicles

The Swift Groups supports several of the largest and most vital IDIQs, acquisition efforts, and customer-specific task orders in support of defense and civilian agencies.

Awarded to the Swift Group in 2021, SeaPort NxG is a contracting vehicle that supports engineering and program management support services on behalf of the United States Navy. There is an estimated $5B worth of services annually awarded through SeaPort NxG covering 23 specific functional areas.

IT Schedule 70 is a long-term contract issued by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to a commercial technology vendor.  Award of a Schedule contract signifies that the GSA has determined that the vendor’s pricing is fair and reasonable and the vendor is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Purchasing from pre-approved vendors allows agencies to cut through red tape and receive goods and services faster. While a vendor doesn’t need to win a GSA Schedule contract in order to do business with U.S. government agencies,  having a Schedule contract can cut down on administrative costs, both for the vendor and for the agency.

While OTAs do improve the speed of contracting, they also increase the risk to the Government when they do not have defined deliverables or requirements. The Swift Group mitigates this risk by attracting and staffing fully qualified technical talent, while simultaneously developing custom data driven solutions. We are easing the government into the future of contracting with the safety net of being able to staff their programs and develop requirements with them.
